Is there a need for more local housing in Frampton Cotterell?

As you may be aware SGC adopted its Core Strategy in December 2013 and is now continuing with the preparation of its Policies, Sites and Places (PSP) Plan which will complete the up to date Local Plan. SGC are now inviting comments on the Draft PSP Plan and supporting Draft Sustainability Appraisal. This consultation ends on 28 August 2014.

One aspect of the PSP plan is to assess the need and type of new houses in local areas.

Residents are invited to visit the Brockeridge Centre and give their views on whether there is a local need for additional homes and if so the amount and type of new homes and how this additional growth could be delivered.

A drop in event, supported by South Gloucestershire Council will take place on July 9th at the Brockeridge Centre 5.30pm - 7.30pm.

Come and have your say.  If you can't make it then visit  the SGC website for more information and to make comment.
