Richard Merrick of the Keep Woodlands Farm Green Campaign writes:

South Gloucestershire Council has circulated widely to households in the vicinity of Woodlands Farm details of the receipt by them of a Planning Application from Barratts for 380 houses on the remainder of Woodlands Farm.

If you object to the further development of Woodlands Farm write to the Council expressing your views, either

  • by letter, making sure your address is provided, to:
South Gloucestershire Council,
Development Services,
PO Box 2081,
South Glos.
BS35 9BP

quoting application No. PT13/0028/O well before 15th February 2013 by which date all letters and emails must be received.

I would emphasise that this is a new Application and although you may have written before to the Council about Woodlands Farm, it is essential that you write again this time, because previous letters will not count in connection with this Application. We must achieve maximum impact from the community now.
